These are some of my personal web projects.

This web application is used to mine trends: takes as input a set of time marked documents (i.e. scientific papers, commercial products descriptions, posts on social networks ...) , a topic (i.e. Samsung) , optionally a context in which the topic has to be evaluated (i.e. Samsung in the mobile market) and produces as output a description of the topic's trend through time. Documents, topics and trends are represented as ontologies, in order to exploit Semantic Web technologies (more information about it on the project presentation).

My first approach to web developing: this cartoonish-styled microblog was the project for the course of Web Technologies (2010/2011). It is kind of similar to Twitter: you can log in, post short messages with hash-tags into them, eventually adding multimedial content. It is also possible to follow other users, search their posts (based on author, text, tags, affinity to another post), reply to them and add likes/dislikes.
